When it comes to working out and getting in to shape I have heard every excuse why someone can’t “workout.” A majority of the time the excuses are just that excuses, but there is one excuse that I hear time and time again.
“I can’t do that until I get in shape”
Think about that statement.
Waht if someone said “As soon as I lose 20 pounds I will go on a diet.”
Question: Why do we come up with excuses like this?
I have come to find out that a lot of people that need to lose weight are just plain scared of working out. The list of reasons why people are scared can go on for days but the fact still remains… people are scared to workout. I have met and trained many of these people and not one has regretted the decision to begin their journey towards health and weight loss. NOT ONE!
